At the villa she is a manager. For the report, her boss want be sent about tax invoice of his villa.
Actually she is still confuse about that and she ask that problem for me. This is my answer:
To send hard copy from email:
1. You must to scan that file and save with .jpg with width : 699 pixel, you can change the size in Adobe photoshop (klik image next click image size change resolution be 72, and width : 699 pixel and ok next click save)
2. You must connect in internet and sign in for example: you sign in gmail.com and click compose, remember to type about email purpose in row to ex: dm@gmail.com next you type about subject ex: this invoice sir!, next you click browse search your file, click that file and ok. If you have another file to send again you click more file and click browse, search the file click again and ok, repeat this step until your file complete. After than you click done, wait until the process finish.
3. Click send if success will have notification : your massages have sent
4. Remember to click sign out before you leave your computer.
